I called Number One Snyder to get 4 new tires for my car. They explained that the cost would be about $350.00 and "included everything" (according to the manager I spoke to). I went to their location and they changed my tires. I left and was driving home when I noticed my car pulling to the left, was very touchy steering, and was very hard to control. (The car is new and has less than 50,000 miles and was not running that way before I went to Snyder).
After getting home, I called and spoke to the same manager and he said that alignment was not included with the cost, he could make an appointment and it would be an additional $70.00 to complete the alignment. I explained that when you get new tires, you HAVE to get them aligned or it can mess up the car. He said that was not the case and kept repeating the cost of the alignement. I understand that alignement can be extra, but it is ALWAYS included with new tires. I simply want to warn anybody looking to get work done at Number Ond Synder to verify every thing you want them to do to your car, and verify the service order before you leave your car with them.
