Won't pay for damage they did

I obtained a tough tonneau cover they sent. The container had pockets split inside it and was really pummelled. It had been apparent transport damage. The tonneau cover was damaged. I got plenty of images to record the harm. I submitted a problem together. They delivered me a notice stating they might negotiate of 1/3 of exactly what the address price me which I just had 15 times to simply accept their present or I'd get nothing. I've submitted a with my states buyer protection company. This isn't an honest rucking organization!
