I visited arco on 6/3/09 to fill my 15 gallon tank with 14 gallons of gasoline. On 6/5/09, I had a bar over half a tank left and my car started sputtering. It died. I attempted to restart it, nothing works. Our vehicle is just a completely new Nissan Criminal without any issues. I towed the automobile towards the Nissan dealer plus they unearthed that all which was left in my own container was something which seemed to be water. I should have stuffed my container with half water in the base of the the push. Furious, I called Arco plus they stated I should have been a target of vandalism to my vehicle... My garaged vehicle in a private service? Yes right! Anyway, Nissan has water trials and that I am expecting that USAA (my insurance) can help follow this. Our gas pump is damaged today, my shot CAn't be examined however because the insurer needs to view it first. I'm quit with no vehicle, overlooked function, and settled an arm along with a knee for half of a container of water
I'm not necessarily sure how to proceed because any repairs included in insurance aren't likely to replace with the truth that my vehicle may have problems for some time or require a new motor.
I've dropped $500 to date and my vehicle isn't actually mounted. As well as the rental I've to cover is just a PT Cruiser... Unhappy.
