I wanted to attend a seminar and find a room at that location. I followed the instructions to Name Your Own Price. The computer indicated my offer was not accepted. I received an e-mail that indicated to try again. Someone took the information I completed on line and made a reservation at another hotel. I only discovered that when I received a credit card bill. I called the 800 number on the credit card bill. It asked for a booking number I did not have. When I actually got to speak to a person they denied my request for a credit... Standard policy. I called again and asked to speak to a supervisor.
Mary refused to give me the company address - repeatedly, as did the person before her. She did say to go to the priceline.com site... Go to investor relations... Go to management and use the on-line form to send an e-mail. I just did that so I don't know what results that will bring. Ps: the bank declined a refund because of the priceline agreement.
