Do not use priceline! LISA GILLINGHAM can jump in a lake!

Travelocity is the way to go - very friendly and understanding and will see to it that your taking care of. This is for anybody who reads this and is thinking about using Priceline to book reservations - DON'T!!! YOu ever heard the saying, "The Customer is Always right" well, this means nothing to Priceline. They don't care if it was their fault— your wrong and now Im going to charge you for it!!! DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR BREATH AND TIME BECAUSE YOU WILL GO NOWHERE WITH THEM, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS NO AUTHORITY. All they can do is say i'm sorry, it looks like a mistake on our part, but, you initialed the contract. Oh, you can talk to investor relations and email the so-called Senior vice president,

In turn she willl not respond and by looking at other rip off reports regarding priceline - NEVER WILL!!!

I know you the reader are wandering what the gripe is but I'm going to puke if I have to explain it again, all I can say when a company admits that they are wrong and still wont compensate you - WOW!!!
