Travelocity is the way to go - very friendly and understanding and will see to it that your taking care of. This is for anybody who reads this and is thinking about using Priceline to book reservations - DON'T!!! YOu ever heard the saying, "The Customer is Always right" well, this means nothing to Priceline. They don't care if it was their fault— your wrong and now Im going to charge you for it!!! DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR BREATH AND TIME BECAUSE YOU WILL GO NOWHERE WITH THEM, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS NO AUTHORITY.
