Fraudulent Rip off

Telemarketing Sales Leads ripped me off for $1280.00. Let me first say that I don't expect to get my money back. I just believe this company has defrauded me and others and it needs to be stopped. They know that a customer from out of state won't sue or go to arbitration over $1280.00. So, they feed us a good line and then take your money. Someone needs to shut them down.

Telemarketing Sales Leads, LLC (TSL) of Allen TX is in the business of providing preset appointments for sales of various insurance. For my purposes, TSL was to provide 40 appointments in a weeks time. 10 per day over a 4 day period at $32.00 per lead.

In my initial conversation with the Sr. Account Manager, Jennifer Deems (aka Jennifer Dee), we discussed the type, geographic territory and number of appointments I was interested in. She verified that TSL could handle my order as requested and she emailed me an order form and contract.

I then called Jennifer Deems to discuss the contract as it had had some verbiage that I needed clarified. Jennifer Deems explained that if there were specified exceptions on the order form request, they become a part of the contract.in other words, if I didn't first qualify the requirements of the lead up front, then they could not guarantee the quality of the lead. I completed the contract and order form and returned via fax to TSL. Brenda Myers returned to me the order form and we made a couple of corrections, noted in the order form.

There order form lists stipulations of the order... Age, Income, etc. Their contract says they won't give credit if the order is not met. As I said before, I questioned them on this and again, I was told by Brenda Myers that as long as it is a stipulation of the order... in other words... If I specify a company to be "excluded" no appointments would be set with anyone that currently has coverage with that company and if they are, the appointment would be replaced.

We then started receiving the appointments beginning 04/22. On that day, we received 4... Not 10, as promised. All four were covered by the excluded company. Per the instructions, I completed the necessary forms to dispute the leads. I was told via email that it would be reviewed and I would be advised within 48 hours. This continued for a couple of days. I would get a few leads, they would be bogus, I would submit the explanations they would tell me they would respond in 48 hours, etc.

I wrote Jennifer Deems, Sr. Account Manager with my concerns, and she responded:

"Mya does not get into until later this evening. Below is the schedule we can provide for next week. Once the review of your appointments is completed we will send the notification to you and you can provide a schedule at that time. No, we are not in the business of ripping any one off. We have received a lot of large order request from FMO's in which we had to hire additional staff. We are committed to completing your schedules for next week. Thank you.

Friday 5/1: DOUBLE BOOK 10 Appointments Starting @ 10:00
1.5 HOURS APART

Total Appointments = 35

In total, I received 19 (not 40) preset appointments of which we were not able to actually see any of them. We heard everything from they badgered me into letting you come here to I had no idea what those people were talking about. None of the appointments met the criteria that was specified in the order as to what they said they would deliver. And as I have said, Since May 1, there has been no correspondence from them at all.

Since that time, I have found information where this same thing has happened to others.

They do not accept credit cards on the "first order" which I thought was strange... But I complied and sent via overnight package a cashiers check on 4/17. I now understand why this is the case. We can't file a dispute for a cashier's check like we can with a credit card.

And get this, they continue to email me solicitations to buy more leads. Beware... Avoid TSleads at all costs!!
