I sent TSL leads a check for $1,350 for them to set appointments for me for Medicare and turning 65 possible leads. Of the first 3 leads, 2 of them were not even home and did not return my phone calls. YOU are charged for this under their "agreement" because as long as the caller agrees to the appointment that's all TSL cares about. My 3rd appointment was for an address THAT DID NOT EVEN EXIST and when I called the lead later I found out that it was for somebody that was DECEASED. The following days appointments were NO better and I called in advance to verify and NONE of the prospects said they agreed to an appointment.in addition, some of them said they felt pressured and lied to on the phone and they could barely undrstand the person on the other end.in my opinion they use foreign callers (from India or elsewhere) to make these calls and purposely confuse seniors.
When I wrote an email stating I had received 6 horrible leads in a row and did not want any more leads but wanted a refund, it went unanswered. I then called and spoke with Jennifer Deems who set up my account. She was very rude and insisted that the bads leads would only be replaced by more bad leads and a refund was not available. THere is only 1 phone number for TSL and Jennifer is the one who answers the phone, she will not let you speak with an owner/supervisor. There is no way to contact anybody else at this company.
This company is a complete sham and will not set quality leads, will not give a refund, are very rude, only have 1 phone number, and you cannot talk with anybody but Jennifer who is awefully rude. They took my $1,350, I hope they do not take yours. I filed a complaint with the BBB and hope others do the same.
I only wish I would've checked out TSL leads on here before sending them my check. They should be punished for their treatment of their customers AND of the seniors who they are pressuring and lying to.
