This company in the absolute worse in have ever dealt with, and I think everyone should be aware.
I sent in a 500.00 deposit as requested by the company.
And canceled my credit card within 2 days after finding out the amount of interest they were charging.
I have made more than 30 phone calls concerning my money to be refunded to me. People are very very rude and no one ever knows what is happening. Needless to say I am still waiting for my money to be refunded. It has been over 3 months. Agreed I had to wait the 2 billing cycles as they mentioned, but I am still waiting. And another thing is they will not pay any interest on the money they are holding of mine.
I think I will retain an attorney, to see if I can get any interest IF and WHEN they decide to send me my deposit.
