Capital Financial Card
Capital financial had me to believe they were a credit card. Thats what they told me. No catalog was mentioned until I got here! Ripoff

Capital financial told me all I had to do is give deposit of $200 and they will send me a credit card of $2000 credit limit. And said I will recieve 4 coupons in the mail. Plus said to make a small buy to keep the card active and all transaction would be recorded to the credit office. Company never mentioned that this was a magazine.
