His monster media campaign promoting his personal injury services has saturated LV and fooled many local accident victims...
Las Vegas, NV PI (personal injury) attorneys Glen Lerner, Dallas Horton, et al. Have found a GOLD MINE serving auto insurance companies in the Vegas area.
Thats right, you heard me correct...'serving the insurance companies, NOT injured "clients."

For now, I'll spare you the intimate details of an incompetently handled case an aquaintance of mine had with Lerner. For brevity, I'll highlight the tip of the iceburg.
After she revealed the turn of events that lead to her measly $1,000 "settlement" I was shocked at what really happens to innocent LVegeans after a car accident.
Simply put, after over half a year in rehab she saw only $1000 for her extensive injuries. Mind you, that was supposed to cover lost wages, pain and suffering, future medical bills, etc...
I was insulted with this news, as I've personally seen payouts of $8,000-$12,000 from insurance companies to parties that didn't get more than several scratchs on their vehilce after an accident AND that never had any medical attention... Not even chiropractic care after their accident.
Do you see a problem here?
Looks like Lerner is only concerned about HIS payday.
What is Horton and Lerner's secret to screwing YOU over?
Both Horton and Lerner depend on the injured taking ANY offer and running whether its a fair settlement or not... As soon as possible after the accident... While the injured is dazed and confused and in need of $.
Sure, the injured may complain about the low settlement offer at first but soon wear down over time as the attorney's repeat like a broken record "... This is all you'll ever get...". Worse yet, don't expect any return phone calls from Horton or Lerner explaining any of this.
After all, the injured figure the attorney is the expert right? The attorney is working for them right?
WRONG!
Results?
Wishing to move forward and put this nightmare behind them, the injured simply settle for peanuts...
Why should YOU care?
Simple.
Pray that you never find yourself in any accident in which you suffer bodily injury as you are likely to find yourself victimized TWICE... Once by whom ever harmed you, then by a profit minded attorney.
