Lerner and Rowe seteled a claim for the insureds maximum ($15,000) and never approached my insurance company for the under insured coverage I have.
As a result of them wanting a quick $5,000.00, (1/3 of the settlement) I could have received an additional $15,000 from my insurance company.
Lerner and Rowe is an insurance claim mill. "Get the quick buck" ann move on.
I can only assume, although they would have received an additional $5,000.00, the time it would have taken to collect the money, they could process 10 more cases for the quick settlement.
Lerner and Rowe is all ad little action.
