I would like to know what the tracking number is for my package... And why I got sa response back saying it was sent usps... I paid for UPS. It cost extra to send UPS and usually gets here faster too!!! What is going on with my package please respond asap and if sent usps where is my refund on my postage...

No, You paid for USPS. All orders under 1 pound as stated to you when you placed your order stated this. USPS is by far faster the UPS. What do you mean what is going on with your package? It is being shipped via USPS enroute to the address you supplied. Why would you be issued a refund when you where charged less for shipping USPS.
UPS Shipping cost $7.72. USPS cost $5.87. Saving of $1.85 for faster service.

In the first order I asked for ups shipping. I have my receipt. I was simply stating that if I was charged for ups to refund my money back for this. I received last night an email of the change in shipping/cost which is fine, but you should not offer ups if you are not going to use it... The whole reason I am contacting you... Is because you offered ups which I trust more then the post office. And it was not use. When I first received my receipt via email of my order It stated UPS Shipping and was charged 19.67. Then a week went by and I contacted you asking for the tracking number because it has been a while an no package... (so I can track my package). I got a response back stating it was sent out USPS. Not explaination... Nothing... Can you see why i would be so upset... The communication on this matter was horrible... My receipt is below

So I responded back saying Whatever!!! Meaning don't care anymore as long as my package is out finally a week later after ordering it. Yes they did not even send out the package till I contacted them!!! And they sent a message again back stating this time

All I wanted was a cute little spongebob shirt for my boys birthday party. I ordered the shirt 3 weeks before the party... It took 3 weeks for them to get the shirt to me... On top of that they sent it USPS instead od UPS... I was willing to pay the exta charge to make sure it was going to be here on time. I was not here on time and the told I was Mental... Nice company... I laughed it off on my facebook but will never buy from that company again... They are associated with Amazon.com too so watch out for 1lap2go.com
