On Novemeber 29 I ordered a lifeproof case for the iphone. I received a confirmation email immediately however days passed with no contact. I sent 5 emails over the next several days and received no response. On 12/6 I sent another email stating that if I did not receive a response from them by 12/7 @ 3pm I would have no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company. On 12/8 I received an email stating it had been shipped and offered the tracking #.
On the 11th I emailed asking if it was actually shipped because the status on USPS website hadn't changed from "electronic shipping info received" I stated that if it was not sent I would make other arrangements for christmas. I asked them to please be honest because It was a gift for my son. They actually responded right away and said it was shipped and I should receive it early next week.
I just called the USPS who stated the shipping for the package was paid for but the package was never dropped off they have no "scans" on that item.
Luckily I had contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute.
