On 9/3/09, I ordered 2 Tommy Bahama shirts. I was contacted by the company and told that only 1 of the shirts was available but the other would be sent within a couple of weeks. I needed the shirt sent overnight because it was a birthday gift for our friend. The company sent the incorrect size shirt. They did overnite it but not in time for the birthday. I paid for the overnite shipment. I then had to contact the company again, send the shirt back and pay to have the correct size shirt sent. It arrived 2 weeks after the birthday.in the meantime, I asked about the other shirt & was told it would be coming. At the beginning of Nov., I contacted the company again. I emailed and called. I sent copies of the orginal order. I never received a response. Through all of this, I was diagnosed with cancer which began to take up even more of my time. I contacted the company throughout Dec. And spoke with "IVAN" who told me that the shirt I'd ordered wasn't going to be available until Dec. 19. I was given a choice of 3 substitutes & told to pick one and it would be sent by priority mail. I was given a tracking number that the USPS has no record of. I contacted the company again and was told that the postal service was slow. I was also told that the shirt that I'd originally ordered would be sent out on Dec. 21. I have emailed and called. As of this date, 12/29/09, neither shirt has arrived nor has anyone answered my emails or returned my calls. The USPS still shows no package with that tracking number. The company said that I would not be charged for the substitute shirt and it would be a bonus because of all of the hassel. Christmas came and went. We never did receive either shirt and I had to go out at the last minute & try to find a gift that I ordered & paid for over 3 months.
