My lcd tv went bad called the warranty company they sent over an authorized agent the agent stated that the lcd panel went bad and the hole tv needs to be replaced we originally bought an fix or replace extended warranty from circuit city the warranty company handling circuit city contracts only want to give us $419.00 for a $1,000.00 tv the warranty cost $200.00 so we have invested $1,200.00. The warranty is in effect until 2012. They got from a refurbished web site tyiger. Direct.com. We do not want a refurbished tv that is not what warranty called for and what we paid for. We want a new tv we asked to go to best buy and let us pick out a tv for $1,000.00 they said no they were not suthorized for that amount. So either fix our tv to work properly or give us a new tv that is the same line and size and not a refurbished piece of junk. The controlling company is assurant solution case #9642928
