I purchased a new Cannon Rebel T3 for my husband for Christmas. Less then 3 months later the SD card wouldn't read. I emailed them and they said I had to go through Cannonn since it was under warranty.
Cannon sent us a bill for $200 to fix it. We called them to ask why since it was under warranty.
They stated that it was not under warranty since it was a refurbished camera! I did not purchase a refurbished camera - I was never told it was refurbished - and my receipt clearly states that I have a 1 year warranty.
This place is a rip off!
