We bought one of the mini pocket rockets for our son. The product was damaged upon receiving it. The back fender was chipped and the chipped piece was missing which mean it was shipped that way and the back tire was flat and will not hold any air. At first we were willing to keep the bike if the fender and tire could be replaced however now it's been 5 months and our son can't ride the bike b/c we're still waiting on parts. I am very unhappy with the product and it's unfortunate that I have been waiting since December 25 for replacement parts. They quote some outragous restocking fee to make you wait for parts and then never send them.
We tried finding the parts ourself and the tire can not be found at any other mini bike store due to size and the companies excuse is that the parts are caught up in customs. Yeah right for five months? Can you believe this was a christmas gift for my son? Do not order from this company b/c they will not stand by their product. This is the worst customer service ever and I'm surprised they are not out of business!
Do not buy from them, they ship damaged goods.
