I ordered a mini pocket bike from www.minipocketrockets.com. When i received my order, it was the wrong bike. The rear fender of the bike was cracked and parts were missing. While sifting through the box we smelled gasoline.
We unscrewed the cap to the gas tank and it was greasy and smelled of gasoline. I found this to be quite interesting as the company has a very strict return policy that states " once gasoline is put into the tank you cannot return it." Apparantly there is a policy with the major shipping companies that prevents the shipment of products that contain the presence of gasoline.
Prior to receiving the bike, i tried calling this company nine times as well as i sent numerous emails. It has been 10 days and i haven't received a single response.
Now i have the wrong bike, missing parts, presence of gasoline and no way to contact the company. I feel as if i have been royally scammed by this company.
With the exception of the new tire, this bike has been used or it wouldn't have gasoline residue in the tank. Or the company placed gas in the tank to prevent you from returning the item. The return policy also stated that you must pay to ship the product back and pay them a 20% re-stock fee. I am basically out $287.00, and my son's Christmas present. I would strongly urge that you avoid this company at all costs.
