Dealership is Incompitent, unprofessional Using insurance claims to justify ignorance. My harley "!!! Is just that mine". It is not insurance companies nor is a single nut or screw on it All damaged property is MINE Insurance is liable for cost. Cost only of repair and parts GM & SM claim my parts are legally insurance companies BS. It is my bike and every part is mine. Period SHHD required I sign a specific Claus stating I wanted all used/replaced parts. Which I did. Upon completion. Y bike is missing parts. Some basic some damaged some Service techs lost loss placed or damaged REGUARDLESS. THEY ARE MY PARTS INSURANCE ADJUSTER TOOK 40 pictures that show they were there upon inspection/estimate. Now not!!!
I also have quotes for several damaged parts" to be replaced documenting the exploited charge. Quotes from Harley Davidson Factory Sales and Chicago HD and Seminole Hd. All showing exploited charges!!!
I can go on & on
Specifically and directly. SHHD took my windshield, Fuel Tank, Tire, and Chrome Axel & Bolt covers along w damaged Check Valve.
They are ignorant Incompitent unprofessional preppy wanna be Harley Mechanics. I want my Parts!!!
