Please do not buy from this company. My son ordered a pocket bike from them, and when we got it one piece was broken. Then he went to ride it and the throttle cable broke. After numerous phone calls I finally got through to the company and they told me what I paperwork I needed to fill out to get the replacement parts.
I did what they told me to do and faxed them the paperwork. It has been over three months since I did that. After numerous phone calls again to check on when the parts are going to be here, all I get told is that there will be another shipment of parts coming in, or that they will be on their way soon. I still have not gotten a thing from them. I have written letters and called to talk to managers, who will not call me back.
They will not take the bike back so we can have a refund. They bike is sitting in the garage and has only been riden once. We spent over $ 400.00 on this bike and cant ride it. I finally went online and ordered the throttle cable from another company and it will be here in a few days. This company is a joke, they do not stand behind their products at all. Do not purchase anything from them. Once you do you are forgotten about.
