I bought a pavilion tx and since I received the computer I have not being able to use my wireless card to connect to the internet. I have spent 24 hours on the phone with tech services and they so far have been useless, everytime you get a different person who wants you to tell them the whole story again, they say the problem is easy to fix, but after 2 hours on the phone, they say someone will call you back... I think they feel you should take a week off work to wait for their call. I was an HP fanatic, this is my 7th laptop with them, and it seem it will be my last... Do not buy HP!!!
