Due Diligence and the Workers Compensation Board in Canada.
The Workers Compensation Board is going to answer to the corruption they have long imposed to the injured workers who suffer chronic pain and are heavily medicated!
In order to pratice Proper Due Diligence (Bill C45) an Employer and employee must report all medications to each, As such, how can an Employeer hire an worker that is heavily "Medicated" with Narcotic prescription drugs?
These injured workers need these medications just to function on a daily basis! Chronic Pain Syndrome is real and Very serious to those whome suffer with it!
The WCB is trying to find new ways to avoid this "Legislation Law "Due Diligence" By hiring Private Investigators to discredit injured workers and in turn wasting large sums of money that should be spent compensating the injured workers?
The WCB also practices its own "Due Diligence" and will not hire heavily medicated workers in thier own employment? Workers Compensation Board are you risking other employees lives and the already injured workers from further injury or even death?
The Bill C45 was put in place for this very reason!

The Workers Compensation is going to follow the law!
Investigator's have been on the WCB before this information was or is being released.
The Workers Compensation Board is well aware of the release of such information other then the extent of process of involvement - being persued now.
Lets hope our "Government" wakes up before someone gets Killed and the spills Blood on the Governments hands?
Better yet People phone your local MLA or MP and ask them why this crazy Slaughter is allowed to continue, Is the Workers Compensation Board above the Law?
