I to am a victim of workers compensation ripoff. They don't do anything they are suppose to that will help us.
They have denied me medication and medical equipment that was authorized by my physician.
I have had to go to the emergency room numberous times and they won't pay.
They ignore any corrospondence from my attorney. My attorney says they cannot be made to authorize any treatment until they get ready to and they cannot be sued for emotional or physical pain and stress.
They will only pay for medicine THEY think you need.
If anyne reading this know anyway we can get together and fight this. Please respone to this report.
We must get together and change the laws of workers comp to benefit us not themselves.
