First denied on the job injury, then pressured me to use my health insurance instead of workers compenstation

When I reported my on the job injury, the response from Nancy Baer Trucking was an immediate denial that it was work related. Later, I was pressured by Nancy Baer Trucking to use my my health insurance instead of going through workers compensation. I chose to buck the pressure and go through workers compensation and workers comp accepted the claim. Long story short, there is definitely a pattern of this same exact strategy with other injured workers, as I have talked to many others who have had the same experience.
