File a complaint with the better business bureau and they will give you a full refund. Bromalit and Acai Berry charged over $300.00 on my credit card. I cancelled with the 14 day trial but they still charged my credit card and claimed that I was not in the system. Then they tried to negotiate the price with me. I stil refused and was told too bad now you will have to accept the charges. Filed a complaint on line with BBB and they gave me a full refund with an apology stating that they offer a 100% refund guaranteed if not completely satisfied. Better Business Bureau totally rocks and thank you to everyone for submitting your complaints on Complaintsboard.com. I was able to support my claim by linking the usacomplaints.com in my complaints with the BBB and was able to prove that this is not an isolated incident. There are a lot of people being ripped off. I am definitely adding http://usashameboard.com to my list of favorites.
