I am buying a computer from Aaron's Sales and Lease. I went in on the 8th of July and chose the one I wanted. They said it would be delivered on the 11th of July. It was delivered, but I was sent a demo computer and not a new one. They give you the choice of when you want your payment due, and I said the 15th. On the 12th they delivered a new computer. OK. This one does not have the gigabytes I am paying for.
They call me every month stating that I am past due and to come make my payment. I have tried to tell them for 4 months now to get this right and quit calling me, because I am not late. You know how hard it is to get credit and keep it in a fair percentage, and it is very hard with companies reporting late payments that go against you. I have had enough.
They just called me. I asked to speak to a general manager. He is not available, and they will not give you the district manager. So what is the next step? I even brought my contract in to them.
