The engine died on my tractor, I pay 300$ year for the service agreement. When this happened I checked the oil in it, and there was oil. When the tech showed up he was there 15 minutes before I even knew he was there, and stated there is no oil in it. I told him that I pushed the tractor to the fron of the house, and some of the oil had leaked out, I told him to look under the tractor where it was, and he just glanced and said, there is no oil there. He makes a call, I hear him say laughing"I guess he'll have to buy a new one." He then stated it is customer abuse and it is not covered. Why should I pay 300$ a year for a warranty with sears when for 300$ I can buy a tractor from Home Depot and have it covered for 7 years?
