Horrible Experience - Craftsman 2500 Lawn Tractor, Bumper, and 3 year service plan

A lawn tractor was delivered without a key. The national service center said it would take 7 to 10 days to get a key, but the shipping company had one sent. But the tractor wouldn't start. A technician suggested that the new battery was dead. It was... But importantly, it would not take a charge. The national service center said it would send a technician with a battery in a week. The local Sears was unreachable. Unacceptable. Calls to the local Sears were futile. No one to answer and no one called back to respond to messages. I'm sending to tractor and bumper back, cancelling the service agreement, and avoiding Sears at all costs. Pickup will be Friday, 3 days from now. The local Sears here in Lufkin is a dead business walking and should be closed. I'm getting my $1,700 back, I hope. Yes, I called the Manager of the local Sears. He did not return my call either.
