I purchased several laptops for Christmas gifts in November and was told by their online rep if the boxes were not opened their would be no problem returning them after the Holiday. Their cutomer service department refuses to issue me a return number because they tell me it's been after 21-days. I started calling them 2 weeks ago and have called 15 times, placed on hold for over 40 minutes each time, have been hung up on, and called a nasty bitch with an accent from India. Their corpaorate office has not offered me a solution either. Help! Anyone!
