I am really hoping Dell will step up and take care of this!!! I have called a few times before trying to get this resolved online with a Dell customer service representative. I have also emailed Julie at Dell several times with NO response at all! What gives Dell?

I am sooooo frustrated. I have owned several Dells and have only had an issue with 1 of them and you helped me to get it resolved very satisfactorily.

I am disabled so this is even more frustrating to have a problem and not be able to get anyone to help me to resolve it! I am having major issues with the AC adapter connection into the computer staying in place and plugged into the computer. I have a email that contains the log from my conversation with a CSR and a supervisor. I also asked both of them for contact information for either the owner/CEO of Dell or someone in Upper Management to discuss this issue with and could not get either of them to give me that information. I was given the Legal Dept contact info - not sure why and also was told I could be transferred to another Supervisor (not sure why). When I had the online chat with Dell, I was told that in order to fix this computer, Mohd_188443 and SupMuralidhar_55406 said I need a new Motherboard and AC Adapter and that I need to order and pay for them. Huh?

I am truly hoping you can help me to get this issue resolved. I have only had this computer for a little over a year and this issue has been since I got it - I called about it right after I received my laptop. Due to my disabilities I need my laptop so I can get things done and not have to sit at a desk as I have permanent nerve damage and cervical spinal stenosis in my neck and arms.

I look forward to hearing back from you soon! It is sooooooo frustrating to have the AC adapter cord to constantly fall out and then have to have someone else pick it up for me. Please help me resolve this!

I am just really frustrated about this whole issue and really want to get my computer back working properly as this has been going on for over a year and still not resolved. I originally bought my first Dell computer because of the reviews I had read and personal testimonies from friends and family about Dell and the excellant quality of product and customer service. I really have concerns with whether Dell still has the same high standards of quality and customer service as they did then and that concerns and saddens me.

Please Dell, step up to the oplate and take care of this issue and NOW please!
