I subscribed to pinnacle security and they billed for all sorts of Items. It took me 3 months to get the billing corrected. Now they won. T even send a bill. All repairs are up to you to pay. If their equipment fails you pay to fix it. If you default on the payments you must pay full price for all remaining months of the contract even if it is cancelled by you or them. They are NOT customer friendly. They are $10.00 a month more than ADT security. They say that they are going to do something and you get the persons name. When it is NOT done and you say you talked to??? They have no record of this. The first month the system didn, t work and they would not credit the service. Thats when I found out that you habve to pay for the service repairs
