I worked for swift from 2/04 to 5/04 at jonestown, pa. Ny trainer was a good trustworthy person. We drove to fontana, ca. To jonestown, pa. My dispatcher was debbie mack. You can tell by talking to her she wasnt pro. She nevewr talked. One time i was at ky. Needed to know a question and she hung up on me. She woulde blame the driver all the time to save herself. Shed give you an assign, ask if you accept, meaning if you didnt5 youd be the blame. This is a pro. Job, you need to talk, discuss, ask questions, shed do none. The mission in nyc, they never gave me an ezpass, because i had 1 year exp. Before i went, i needed comdata. The dispatcher at jones said nobody had any. What there doing if seeing how you do without an ezpass. After thew snapple delivery in nyc i needed maptuit directions to get out. The last major direc. They led me to manhatten bridge, street bystreet. When i got there a lady cop pulled me over. It was conjested. She gave the comp. 7 tickets for which they blamed me. Myself none. 2 were were, 1 width, 2 lenght. They should of known, that the bridge was illegal for 53 ft. Itrusted them. I called phoenix, they said they dont kno who gave them. When i took the safrty test, bob whitlatch was the trainer, he was distracting talking all the time telling me about his military and wifes contagious skin disease. Which was very nerve racking. At the end of the test the wheels started smoke at the trailer. I noticed and pulled over. Bobs like get the fire exting. Im saying there no fire, bob get it anyway, waisting the fluid. Then a cop pulls over and bob was talking about me, like mock. Then he says ill take it from here, what was he going to save. When i got back to the termanal they looked at it and said the brakes were worn, the trailer was old and should of been replaced. Bob chose that trailer not me. So i guess bob flunked me. The whole time i was driving that truck the clutch was bad. I asked when i first drove they said nothings wrong thats the way it is, when i came back they said something was wrong with it and fixed. I asked deb mack about the tickets, she said its not her problem. I thought i had to pay. She woudnt talk at all. I called tammy koch, the supervisor, she said you dont work here, i dont have to talk to you, at least i have a job. I have 1 hinges preventable, 1 incident trailer smoke, they said i have 2 incidents and 1 preventable. They called my house at night said they fix and never did. This is on my dac report for life, they dont care but for thereselves i suppose, they dont have a dac report. They think there to good to look back and fix it, so they make you which leads to them. So far there profile is lied about a fire, gave wrong directions then blame me. Then have an unidentified incident on my dac, my dac.
