I ordered a custom made purse in Oct 08. I received purse in Nov and noticed a 2" gap from zipper to end of purse. I paid 15.00 extra to have zipper put in bag, I called the company and made arrangements for them to pick up bag from a family member to be repaired. They made NO attempt to pick up bag. I called company in Dec to see if they were going to get bag and repair it. The owner said she would not meet anyone to get bag, so in Feb I finally got bag back and sent it to company via UPS, owner signed for the bag and as of April 09 I have not heard from the company. I live about 2 hours from Federicksburg, Va so everthing has been done through phone conversations. I recently filed a complaint w / BBB and Alexandria office of consumer affairs. I think this women thinks she can keep the purse and my money too!!
