I ordered a Coach purse, The purse came in a torned box and the zipper on the coach purse is CLEARLY broken. I emailed the company @ [email protected]. They emailed me back and asked me to send them a picture of the broken purse. I declined and asked them to provide me the address so I can return the purse. They will not return my emails
