I ordered a purse from Michael-Kors-Plaza, the picture was different from the description so when I placed an order I stated that I wanted to clarify what I was getting before I placed the order. They sent the wrong purse. Have been dealing with "Susan Smith" via email and she will not let me return the purse nor refund my money "she said to like the purse I got". The quality of the purse is horrible. This is not Michael Kors Outlet it is very very poor knock off. Do not order from this company as they will take your money. There is no exchange no refund and you get what ever purse they send.
