Ripoff No refund on defective merchandise issued, told purse was authentic on web, it is fake

My husband purchased a $200 fake Louis Vuitton purse as a Christmas present. He went into the web searching authentic Louis Vuitton handbags and was directed to LushBags.

The first problem with the purse was the inside zipper is almost imposible to operate. I thought with time it would loosen up; at this time I thought I had a genuine Louis purse.

After only 2 months I noticed that gold pieces on one strap were cutting throught the material, causing holes - 7 to be exact, these holes will eventually cause the strap to rip all the way off.

I contacted Louis V. Immediately, only to find out my purse was a fake and the only authorized Louis sales service on the internet is another business.

No purse, real or fake, brand name or not costing $200 should have 2 defects, one when we received the purse and the other within 2 months.

The company is refusing to refund any money and said they do not do any exchanges if we have had the item for at least 3 days.
