I bought a purse at the sports store on wellesley street and church in Toronto, Ontario Canada and a few days after the purse zipper broke the zipper was defective and would not open and the stiching ripped and the zipper clasph fell off and the purse cannot be used now. I returned it to the store and the owner refused to refund or give me my money back he accused me of over stuffing the purse and ripping it that is not true so he told me to contact reebok.
