I made an order to this company a little over a month ago, and did receive what i ordered but also at the time of the intial order requested that no monthly refills on supplements be sent unless i order them.
Well guess what i got a refill and another copy of their book (for which i payed 30 bucks for when i ordered it) so i inquired as to why i was sent these after requesting none be sent and was blatantly called everything short of an honest customer, and they would'nt even take the time to look and see if this was true just bam automatically i'm wrong and they are not.
So again i asked that they accept their stuff be returned for a refund and was told they don't accept any returns that could have been tampered with, all this without even knowing what i'm being debited for the service i elected to not be done from the get go. So again i was insulted by them saying well i had a full 30 days to cancel this option, (the same option i told them i wanted no part of in the beginning).
Only to be told pretty much my bad luck so sorry we'll take you off the list now after the fact.
