Health Thru Nutrition is a milti-level marketing company. I signed up with them as a member a few years ago and I
have ordered products since that time. They have a system called auto-ship whereby they automatically ship products to you unless you cancel in advance. Products were shipped to me and I returned them because I could no longer use them for several reasons. They received the returned products and according to their policy does not give a monetary refund. I accepted the policy and agreed to accept alternate products. The company is being very difficult to deal with. When I try to order alternate products, I am told that I must speak with the manager, Linda Morgan, who is never at her desk and will not return the phone call.
On 6/18/01, I called to try and settle this problem that has been ongoing for several months. I was told I must speak with the manager who I was later told was not at her desk and would return my call in fifteen minutes. Hours later I still did not receive a return phone call. It is obvious that the company does not want to refund my money or send alternate products.
