I have been dealing with Lesile's Pool
Supplies in the Carrollton [Dallas] Tx. Area for about 20 yrs. The store at 2626 N Josey Ln [#110] probably has to least trained and experienced employees of any store I have been to.
I am currently painting my pool with a produce called Smart Seal Paint and primer. Basically at this store all they want to do is take it off the shelf and sell it. That being the end.
When I asked for information about the paint and primer they were extreamly reluctant to engage. Stating that I should read the "pamphlet" by the company "Smart Seal".""NOTE"". I did find out that the information in the pamphlet is not the same as on the can.
I also found out the information on the can must be followed to the letter. Both these points is not know by the sales employees at leslies at any store I went to. Second point. One should always buy "ALL" their paint from the same "LOT # and BATCH #" when painting a pool. Especially when using Epoxy paint. Leslies refuese to sell you paint from the same lot and batch number and states it does not matter, just mix two together and that will lessen the color intensity differences.
This is totaly wrong and is NOT what Smart Seal advises. [per phone call].
I will at this point stop and tell you I am now done with Leslie's and there
unknowing employees.
