On-line product purchase, will not allow return - Dura Seal

Purchased Pool Paint at Leslie's On-line ordering using manufacturers calculations and ended up having product left over. Leslie's will not allow me to return unopened and unused product. They also do not allow the product to be returned a retail store.

This is bad customer service so beware. They were glad enough to take my money for ordering too much product but it is quite a different story when I want to return the over sold product.

I do not see a reason to purchase from a vendor that treats their customers this way when there are so many other pool suppliers to choose from.
