I have for two weeks to resolve a green pool with the Leslie store on the 7626 memorial parkway sw Huntsville Al 35802. What started out as mild murkey green pool ending up at the date 9/25 as a green to black mess. Action from analysis including more chlorine, power powder, more power powder with filter conditioner and latest chlor brite, fresch and clear all with brushing of the pool botton. This last treatment sent the pool to a dark greeen, nearly black pool. Went to store asking for help at which time the store manager done another analysis showing everything ok? She was also confused and said she would like to visit and see the pool and would help to resolve the situation. On Tuesday 9/24/ she called and said she couldn't make it that night My wife went to store the next day and was told Elizabeth Wright was gone till 9/27 and told to call 1-800 leslies and voice our case. I did so and followed up with this letter. Elizabeth seemed to be the most knowledgable and helpful to my problem. I have used leslies since the 70"s with good results but this is bad. I need help!!!
