Rip-Off! I signed on with Amadaeus Music School over a year ago and paid up-front $600.00 for 8 voice lessons. I consider myself a savvy person when it comes to these types of internet based businesses... But I guess not! They indicate in their advertisement and with the persons I spoke with, that they have a staff of professionals and would find a perfect match for my specific request. It took months to find an opera coach for me, but they finally did. At my first lesson, the opera coach explained that they called her just a few days prior to ask if she wanted to teach! She further explained to me, over the course of 4 lessons, that she could not get a response from anyone on the staff at Amadaeus and had not been paid. Since, she has explained that if she is not paid, she does not want to continue with my lessons. Who could blame her. I have emailed and called repeatedly to no avail. The last person I spoke with has a message on the voice mail stating they have resigned and gave a number to reach yet another, employee. I called that number and find that their mail box is full and cannot leave a message. I have many names and numbers associated with this business and no one responds. The emails I have sent just confirm that the employee has resigned. This has been going on for over a year! How do these people sleep at night... How can they live with themselves for ripping off others. It is a sad situation.
