I signed my twp children up for art lessons with Picasso Home Art School. My youngest son is dyslexic and I thought the art lessons might be a fun way to help with that.

My intent was for both my children to both take the lesson at the same time. After I got off the phone with the rep, I realized I didn't know if they were going to charge me for two sets of lessons or just one. Sure enough, when I got the contract emailed to me the next day or so, they indicated that were going to charge me for two sets of lessons. I didn't know it at the time, but they had already charged my credit card for two sets of lessons BEFORE I HAD SIGNED ANY CONTRACT.

I did not sign that contract and immediately called the rep back to say that since both boys would be attending the same lessons that I was only willing to pay for one set. I finally got a call from Dona who said everyone was on vacation but she would get back to me. Finally, a week letter she did get back to me and said that the company had agreed to the terms. They sent me a revised contract for one set of lessons which I signed and sent back. When I asked if my card would get credited - Dona said that the company would issue a refund check. Weeks went by and no refund. I called and emailed many times but it has been 10 months and I have never got my refund.

We did get assigned a very nice art teacher and we did four lessons. I agreed with the art teacher to do the remaining lessons this coming summer. With all that has been posted, I am now worried that the remaining four lessons will not get done.
