Amadeus Home Music School states that after 4 lessons, a teacher will be paid within 7-10 working days. I have now taught 8 lessons and it has been over a month since the 8th lessons and I still have not received a check. The company takes full payment from the students, even before they have a teacher secured, and in the meantime tell parents that, "The teacher is finishing up with another student and will be contacting you shortly." This is just not true, nor is the fact that teachers will be paid on time (if at all). I am still waiting for my check and will probably never receive it unless I can join a class action law suit.
The company does not return phone calls and all emails come back (usually from someone different than they were written to) with text saying "I am no longer with the company." I have contacted as many phone numbers and emails I can find related to the company and keep hitting dead ends.
