Went to charter office personally to confront them with 1 full yrs. Worth of billing B. S!!!
Took every bill for a yr. With me and bank statements for the yr. Out of 12mths. Of billing only 2mos. Had the same ammount!
Showed it to the person in black and white, and that nothing matched. She gave me every excuse in the book which I proved her wrong on every one.
I am not a genius but even I could figure out there scam!!! Watch your bills very closely, and becareful of being charged for a bundle, and high speed internet again on your impossible to understand bill.
When is the BBB gonna step in and make them fix this?
