Don't believe the ads for this product. It is garbage. You cannot just pick up the phone and make calls. There is such a delay in just making the call when you want. The system must go into a sleep mode. Many times you have to reboot the magic jack so you can make calls. I have to do it at least 3 times a week.
You have to try and get updates so your system keeps current.
You can never make a call, just live chat and they are not local.
You cannot fax with it, everyone I talk to has returned it and thinks it is sh—. I can't even think of a good reason to buy it.
