I have had the magic jack for about a year now and i have to say I love this product... I travel around the world at times and I am able to bring my home number with me. I simply connect it to my laptop and it's like being at home... I am able to receive calls and make calls without dealing with long distance fees... As long as the internet works... The magic jack works... Hotels usually offer free WiFi.
