Placed order online with specific delivery date. Was notified one week later of over a month delay. Called customer service and was offered absolutely no help with an apology or compensation for taking time off etc. When requesting to cancel entire order with management, the response from the manager was as friendly and happy as it would be for an initial order! Really, you're happy to lose business from a valued customer, Rooms to Go? Please - do not shop with Rooms to Go! They do not value the one reason they are in business - THE CUSTOMER!
