This is 1 of several emails I've sent them and no answer ever! Again, this is not my report it is one of many emails sent to [email protected], but it explains everything they have done to me.
Hello,
My name is Elisia. Unfortunately, this email is a very unhappy one. I authorized one charge of $1.99 for the shipping of one CD to apply for grants. I've been away for some time and when I came back low and behold you guys took it upon yourselves to just take $94.89 or more out of my account with out my authorization. I do not like the sneeky way it was done.
If these charges were legitimate then why didn't you take all charges at once, rather than just sliding a charge like that in my account some time later. The worst part of all of this is my rent check was sent out and not cashed yet when your company did this and my landlord has run the check several times without me knowing it until I returned. I and my children will now become homeless, and to top it off every insufficient fund charge was 35 dollars, plus 8 dollars a day for each one.
To make a long story short my account is negative almost $500.00 hundred dollars. This is unconceivable and all because you did this without my permission and I have not even tried to use the CD or apply for any grants. Please reverse the charges immediately. I don't know what I can do about the rest. One possibility is if you can send my money back to me by check and I will pray that God will help me figure how to pay the bank back because I don't know anyone here or have family.
The money you took rightfully belonged to my landlord. If you send a check then I can give it to him to buy me a little time. Please act as soon as possible, if you can't send me a refund by mail, then reverse charges on my checking account. I have sent you so many emails over quite some time, please at least answer me. May God help me and especially you for doing this to my kids.
